Riding go-carts at a friend's birthday party with another friend

Thank goodness it is the weekend! From the lack of blog posts this week, you may have been able to tell that it was a busy week. It seems that all weeks are busy these days. Even though I'm only working half-time at the library, my two days a week "off" fill up faster than what I would like. School and homework schedules in the afternoon are tough-- much tougher than when I was in first and fourth grade.

This weekend is well deserved by all of us.

While we went in separate directions yesterday with one child at a birthday party and one child at a sleepover, we are all going to an outdoor festival today. Stay tuned for more weekend photos and blog catch-up!
