November Colors

Nandina Berries

Dogwood Berries

Japanese Maple Leaves and Seeds

Migrating Monarch

These photos and short video were taken in my yard. The sunshine and cool temperatures of the last two days have been glorious. The first three photos were taken yesterday and today.

The monarch was one of three that I saw over a couple of days. This one was re-fueling before a cold front came through on Friday, October 30, 2009. It was cloudy, warm, and blustery for most of the day.

I love the photos of fall color. I am really enjoying the leaves that are yellow, red, and orange. I like the video and the seeming ease with which you post such things. I have to go through my IT department. I should learn to do it myself.
Very nice.
